How much does it cost?
Installation and software license agreement fees depend on several factors: system functionality, level of customization, data volumes, platform, and depth of integration with existing systems. Please contact us for an estimate. Since most of our installations are fixed-fee there are no hidden or creeping costs.
Can we get a demo?
We can arrange for a demonstration and a meeting. Since all of our systems are customized at installation, some features do not exist in our demo system. We can provide client references for more detail on some aspects of our system.
Do we get the source code?
Yes. Whereas we own the source code, we provide a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use and modify the source code. We will support the system even if you modify the source code. With delivery of the source code, you are comfortable knowing that future modifications may be made in-house.
How long do projects typically take?
This depends upon several factors. Which components are being installed?
How much customization is to be done? How much inter-system integration is involved? Projects may take anywhere from one month to six months to complete.
We have never renegotiated an agreement in over 36 years of installing customized systems.
